Philosophy
Goudy School educates students in pre-kindergarten through eighth grade using state-of-the-art materials and best practice strategies. As a Technology Magnet Cluster School, Goudy is committed to infusing technology with daily instructional practices. The majority of our classrooms have been designed as "Smartrooms," which include: interactive SMART white boards, wireless internet, classroom computers, state-of-the art computer lab, Student Response Systems, NEO Writing Devices, Safari Montage, and exciting and engaging software programs.

Location
Goudy is located on the northeast side of Chicago in the center of the Uptown/Edgewater area; it is a multicultural school with over 20 languages represented among its student body.

Goudy was recently adopted by the Chicago Bulls basketball team, giving students the opportunity to attend games, assist in practices, meet players, and work together on an environmental green project.
