Testimonials
from a staff member:
"I believe my school is high-performing because we have a minimum turnover rate with our teachers and because we hold all stakeholders accountable. Our teachers are motivated and dedicated to show up for work every day with one goal in mind: to educate our students. Also, our students know the importance of being at school every day; therefore, they eagerly arrive and expect authentic and uninterrupted instruction from their teachers. We connect with our students’ families to remind them of the importance of having their children in school every day and on time. Ultimately, these students are our FUTURE!! Lastly, and most importantly, our teachers use data to guide the instruction that is needed on an individual basis, which is why my school is high-performing."
